SHIPPING TIMES DELAYED

Sometimes we have some shipping delays we're looking at anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks delivery time. We know, it sucks, it's out of our control. In the mean time, we post funny memes every day you can check out to pass time @therezlife on IG and @therezlifestyle on FB!

Please note: we will never ask for your birthday or credit card info in any follow up emails. Please be aware of any scammy emails about obtaining this information from you from scammy looking websites/emails. 

NOTE: We will not be responsible for any misspelling or errors customer has entered for shipping address. Customer will be responsible for paying any reshipping fees if items are returned.

Shipping times:

• Huge delays because of the coronavirus (anywhere from 1-6 weeks)

Shipping cost

• We ship to Canada and US (charged in CAD)
• There are several shipping options, choose what's best for you
• Depending on items, shipping may be less

Tracking:

• Once orders are shipped out, you will get an email update with tracking number (sometimes using an app)

Receiving products

• Just a heads up, if you order more than one item, please know that items can be shipped altogether or one at a time

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards & PayPal. 
• We charge in CAD (Canadian dollars)

Some orders may be subject to duties. You can select Standard DDP if this option is available to prepay for any possible duty charges.

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.
